There is currently no (img:) macro listed in the Harlowe Manual, instead you will need to use a standard HTML img element like the following example:

<img src= "http://i.istockimg.com/file_thumbview_approve/31158178/5/stock-illustration-31158178-tea-bag.jpg"; width="235" height="235" alt="Teabag">
