Having trouble with in SugarCube 2

Hello, everyone! I working with Twine’s offline editor for Mac, 2.0.11 I believe, using SugarCube 2. I have installed the <<replacelink>> macro set from motoslave.net, and have copied the JavaScript and the CSS into my project. However, I’m getting a lot of errors, specifically, "macro <<revise>> does not exist" and "no selector specified."

To try to figure out what I was doing wrong, I copied this code from the Glorious Trainwrecks site:
You see here <<revision books>>a closed book.<<becomes>>a chewed book.<<becomes>>paper scraps.<<endrevision>>
<<revise books "Chew book">>

I pasted this into my project and tested. Again I got “Error: macro <<revise>> does not exist.”

I suspect I just don’t understand how to properly call the macro in SugarCube 2, but could someone enlighten me? Thanks in advance.

  • Hm, looks like the post titles don’t like double gt-s. Title should say “revision” macro.
  • Read the included documentation, it explains the problem you're having—hint: some names changed due to conflicts with existing macros.

Ah, perfect! Exactly the info I needed. I was looking for it online instead of in the .zip file. Thank you very much!
