Change wording of 'saves' (Sugarcube 2.11.0)

Is it possible to change the word 'Saves' to something a little clearer such as 'Save/Load' ?

    The localization section of the documentation touches on how to change the default lables/text used by the story format.

    Place something like the following within the Story Javascript area. 
    l10nStrings.savesTitle="Save/Load";
