  • By "box" do you mean the passage boxes in the main Twine window?

I seem to recall that if the passage boxes get somehow positioned off the main window, you're pretty well screwed getting them back. Could be wrong.

Attach a TWS and I bet someone with a higher resolution screen will be able to fix them for you.
  • Which version of Twine are you using? And on which operating system?

A possible workaround is to Export to Twee source code, start a New story and then Import the passages from Twee source code. That will lose your current positioning of the passages, but at least you'll have all of them visible again.
  • With a few of my longer Twine stories, I've had passage boxes showing up so far down and to the side of the screen I would have to scroll for at least a few seconds to get them back. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's just super far off the screen?
  • Tabs please.

    Tabs please.

Make that suggestion in the beta thread along with TheMadExile and I.
  • If each Tab represents a different TWS file data-model, then that could be done by changing the StoryFrame so that it can contains more than a single StoryPanel (and some refactoring of where some data is current stored internally).

If each Tab represents a sub-model / sub-view of the data-model of the same TWS file, then that would be a lot more interesting (read challenging) to implement.

And even more so if you want Tabs to be both of the above.
