video problem offline but not online

For some reason the video's I uploaded to online are not working when I'm working offline in Twine... but my videos are working OK when I am using the online version of Twine. A video I added months ago still works, both off and online. Any ideas as to why this is happening? This is for harlowe

    In generally media files (like video & audio) will not work when using either the Test or Play options of the install-able release of the Twine 2 application, this is a known limitation of the install-able release.

    The media files will work correctly if you use the Publish to File option to create a Story HTML file, assuming that the media file reference (URL) is correct and that the file is available.

    ok great, thank you. I couldn't figure out why it was working online but not offline.
