Is it possible for players to export a section of a game?

I'm building a game in Harlowe. Is there a way for players of a game to export (to image or pdf) while in the game? For example, if an image is displayed with some text, can one give players the option to save that image as a local file on their device?

  • If the reader's web-browser allows them to save images to the device's/machine's local storage (eg. flash-based-memory or hard-drive) then the answer is yes, because a Twine Story HTML file is just another HTML file like the web-pages they visit.
  • Thanks -- beyond individual images, I'm looking to try to do something where a player has made a collection of quotes and/or images and they could export the html as text or images. Is that just a completely ridiculous/not twine-able idea?
